Since we do not require customers to register (user names and passwords) on our web site, we do not provide access to customer information online. We do not create nor maintain accounts for customers online. We require that customers email, telephone, or write with any corrections regarding their orders. If there is an error that we identify ourselves, such as billing address, we will contact customers by email, telephone, or in writing. To protect our customers privacy, we will also take reasonable steps to verify customers' identity before making any corrections.
